1. Property Option

You have the option of creating this report for a single property or for multiple properties.

Single or Multiple Property
The single property report will provide information on employee groups within the current property, whereas, the multiple property report will include all employee groups for all properties selected.

Note:  This page provides information on the multiple property report.  For information on the single property report click here.

2. Report Purpose

This report provides you with the withdrawal and variance limits for the employee groups within the properties selected.

Here's an example of an Employee Groups Permissions Report.

Here's a description of the columns used in this report:

1. Property Properties included in the report.
2. Group Employee group.
3. * Max Wth Maximum withdrawal amount.
4. * Var Limit Variance allowed between amount requested and amount reported by host.
5. * Auth Wth Amt Authorized withdrawal amount.  (when authorizing another employee)
6. * Auth Var Limit Authorized variance limit.  (when authorizing another employee)
7. Unlock Employee Set to "YES" to allow an employee to unlock another employee's jackpot access.
8. Status Set to "Active" if this group is ready for use.

The default sort order is Property | Group


Note  Note:  1.  * All values in these fields is in CENTS!  This means that 150000 is actually $1500.00.
2.  * See Employee Group page for examples of how "Employee Limits" and "Authorization Limits" are applied.

3. HTML Report Toolbar

report header This toolbar provides refresh, search, export, print, page navigation etc.


1. Preview Preview will display the report as a PDF file in the browser window.
2. Style Select style of report.  (color | gray scale | no fill)
3. Open All Select "Yes" to expand and show detail lines for all collapsed sections.  (unit ID with (+) sign)
4. Rpt Format Select report format (e.g. PDF, Excel) from list, then click GO to export report in selected format.
5. Navigation Use navigation controls to step forward or backward through report pages.
6. Parent Rpt Return to parent report.  (if currently within child report)
7. Search Enter search string and then use find and next to step through matches.  (case-insensitive)
8. Refresh Refresh report reloading with current data.
9. + Print Open print dialog box so that you can specify print options.  (must install "print control" first!)

4. Multitple Property Filter

Here's a screenshot of the multiple property filter screen.

1. + Properties Select any properties you would like to filter on.  (see notes below)
2. + Property Groups Select any property groups you would like to filter on.  (see notes below)

Submit Button Submit button will forward you to the report generation screen.

Note  Notes:  1. +  If no properties or property groups are selected, the report is based on all properties the user has access to.
2. +  All properties selected, whether individually or as part of a property group, will be included in the filter.




Filter Dates Click in the textbox to display the calendar tool.

Use the "<" and ">" links to navigate to the previous or the next month.

Click on a day within the month displayed to change the date.
