The notification profile section is for users who wish to receive email notifications when certain machine events are triggered. The notifications can be filtered based on the event severity, event group, and certain machine parameters (machine group, location and keyword). The user has the option of disabling their profile whenever they wish to not receive notifications.
Here's a screenshot of a list of users with a notification profile.
1. * Profile ID | Profile ID assigned to this user. |
2. Last Name | Last name of user. |
3. First Name | First name of user. |
4. Group | Profile group. (Active Profile (or) Profile Disabled) |
7. Delete | Select checkbox for any record you wish to delete. |

Click submit button to delete records selected.  (user queried before deletion) |

Notes: | 1. | The underlined column headers are sortable fields.  (You can toggle between ascending and descending sorts) |
2. | * The profile ID is not linked to an existing BO user and could be someone external (e.g. field technician). This field is saved with email notification records and displayed in the view->history->email tab. |
You can update a profile to enable/disable it, or change the event and machine parameters used for filtering notifications.
