Overview

This page displays a list of SOP users for the current property(s).

SOP User List

Here's a screenshot of the SOP user list.

SOP User List

1. * Curr View Current filter being applied.  (properties and other criteria selected)
2. User ID SOP user ID assigned.  (Click on User ID to update user details)
3. Last Name SOP user's last name.
4. First Name SOP user's first name.
5. + Group SOP group assigned to this user.
6. Property Property that this SOP user belongs to.
7. Delete Select checkbox for any record you wish to delete.

Clear Button Click clear button to de-select all delete checkboxes currently selected.
Clear Button Click submit button to delete records selected.  (user queried before deletion)

Note  Notes:   1.  The underlined column headers are sortable fields.  (You can toggle between ascending and descending sorts)
2.  + The Groups (excluding unique) are those created under SOP Group and contain a set of authorities.
3.  + The 'unique' group is used when you've assigned a unique set of authorities to an individual SOP user.
4.  * The property filter portion of the current view is stored in memory and will be applied in all of the "user/machine status sections".  Click here for more info.

Filter SOP Users

You can filter SOP users based on the User ID, First Name, Last Name, Group and Property.

Filter Button Click the filter button to navigate to the filter page.  For more info see SOP User Filter.

Update SOP User

You can update a SOP user's information (including SOP Group and Authority).

User ID Click the User ID to navigate to the update page.  For more info see SOP User Update.

Add New SOP User

You can add a new SOP user and set their authority by assigning a SOP Group (or) assigning unique permissions.

Add New Button Click add new button to navigate to new SOP user page.  For more info see SOP User Add New.




Property Filter Sections

"user/machine status" sections include:

BO User|Employee|SOP User|Machine Status

How property filter in "user/machine status" sections is applied:

  1. The "current property" shown in the property list (top of page) is initially applied to all sections.
  2. When a filter is applied in one of the "user/machine status" sections (see diagram at left), the "current view: property filter" overrides the "current property" shown in the list.
  3. There may be other criteria shown in the "current view", but the property filter portion will be applied to all of these sections, until changed by applying another filter.
  4. The "current property" shown in the property list is still applied to all other sections.
