Report Name:
Audit
Property:  Current Property
Description:
This report provides an audittrail of changes made to records within the BO database for the period specified.  The database records can be filtered based on employee, database table, and type of action.

Description:
This report lists the system parameters which belong to the parameter group selected (or all parameter groups).  The detail line provides the parameter group, parameter name, value, and description.

Outages (Detailed)

Description:
This report provides a detailed breakdown of system outages which occurred on CHS during the period specified.  The report can be limited to specific machines or machine groups.

Outages (Summary)

Description:
This report provides a summary of system outages which occurred on CHS during the period specified.  The detail line represents a day (24 hour period) for that machine.  The report can be limited to specific machines or machine groups.

Description:
This report presents graphically in a pie chart the percentage of time spent "In Service", on "User Activity", and with "Unit Outage", for one or more machines, over a specified period.

This report provides the cumulative "total time" and "total number" in relation to machine activities that have occurred on CHS since each machine was put in service.

Description:
This report lists the patron cards collected by batch from CHS.  The collected card count is incremented until the card collector bin is emptied.  The report can be filtered based on batch number or machines.

System Transaction Count

Description:
This report provides the count and amount dispensed (or) deposited for transactions which are grouped by Unit ID/Transaction Type.  This report provides unit, property and grand totals.

Description:
This report provides a detailed breakdown of card collector and card dispenser transactions with the current count for cards added, cards remaining, cards stored, and cards dispensed for each transaction.

Description:
This report provides a snapshot of the card collector and card dispenser counters for the machines selected, as of a specified date and time.

Description:
This report provides a detailed breakdown of each transaction for the machines and date range selected.  Totals are provided at the transaction status, transaction type and unit ID levels.

This report provides a summary of transactions based on the machines and date range selected.  Transactions are grouped in the detail line by Unit ID / Transaction Type / Transaction Status.

This report provides an audittrail of Service & Operating Panel (SOP) transactions for the date range selected.  Transactions can be filtered based on employee ID and machine.

Description:
This report provides a history of events for the machine(s) selected, for the time period selected. Details include the error code, unit date, and acknowledgement date.

Description:
This report provides of status of the machine(s) selected for the date and time selected. Machine information includes machine group, location, status, cassette denomination/count/value.

Cash On Hand (Simplified) Report

Description:
The purpose of this report is to display the cash-on-hand within the machine(s) selected for the date selected. This is a simplified report just showing the denomination and quantity of bills within each dispenser and reject bin.

Card Reader (Detailed) Report

Description:
This report displays the "diagnostic capture card" and the "empty drop bin" transactions, which are triggered when these events occur within the SOP. The number of stored cards within the card reader BIN is captured at the end of each action.

Description:
The purpose of the report is to list all occurrences of ticket redemption transactions, where the amount requested exceeds $5000 within a 5 minute period. This is to satisfy AML audit requirements.
