BackOffice Navigation
The BackOffice navigation pane allows you to access the pages you require and to drill
down into more detailed information when needed. (See "common features" for more info)
Menu headers show the different categories. (Monitoring, Maintenance etc.) |
Click section (menu item) to access pages within that section. |
TABS allow access to related pages within that section. |
Shows the current page, menu header, and section being displayed. |

The back button allows you to step back through the pages which you've visited. |
BO Common Features
Here's a list of some common features found on most pages.

The back button allows you to step back through the pages visited. |
Users with more than one property can change the property filter. |
Provides help (in new window), for page currently displayed. |
Opens search page, so you can filter records based on various criteria. |
Opens form, so that you can add a new record to the current list. |
Will clear or reset controls on page. (in this case, the delete checkboxes) |
Click column header to sort records based on this field. (see notes) |
Click underlined field to view details page for this record. |

The property selected will be active for all pages until you select a new property or log off. |

The sort will toggle between ASC (up arrow) and DESC (down arrow) each time column header clicked. |
Online Help Title Bar
The online help title bar works the SAME as the BackOffice title bar, displaying
the current page, category and section.

The online help mirrors the BackOffice site,
so that it is easy to find the online help for the section or page you are interested in.
