Overview

The machine details page provides the location, group & keywords for each machine, plus the latest runtime status and device status alerts.  Below the "machine header" and "Events List", a panel is displayed for each type of device (hopper, BV etc.), if there is at least one unit installed inside the QuickJack unit.

Machine Header

The machine header section holds the following machine information.

Machine Header

1. Bar Chart Container Shows status of Cash & Coin dispensers and Bill Validators.
2. Unit Information Provides specific information about this particular unit.
3. Device & Interface Vers Provides version information for devices within the unit.
4. Latest Runtime Status The latest runtime status information received.
5. Device Status Alerts Provides info on system events and device incident exceptions.
5. Notes A area for user's to enter additional information about this kiosk.

Machine Events

The machine events section lists recent events with a description and timestamp.

Machine Events

1. Device Device which triggered event.
2. Event Description Description of the event.
3. Event Timestamp Timestamp when event occurred.

Machine Transactions

The transaction button allows you to jump to the "maintenance>>transaction" page.  There is a filter applied, so that you are only viewing transactions for this machine.

Transactions Button Click transactions button to view transactions for this machine.

Note  Note:  You can click the back button on the "transaction" page, to return to the machine details page.

Machine Commands

The command button allows you to jump to the "remote administration>>execute command" page.  There is a filter applied, so that you can only execute commands for this machine.

Command Button Click command button if you wish to execute a command for this machine.

Device Metrics & Status

a) Cash Dispenser

The following information is provided for each cash dispenser.

Cash Dispenser

1. Cassette Lists '1' to 'n' cassettes in ascending order ('n' is highest number).
2. Currency Identifies the available currency, e.g. USD (US) or CAD (Canada).
3. Denomination Shows the bill denomination stored in that cassette.
4. Dispensed Displays the dispensed bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
5. Rejected Displays the rejected bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
6. Remaining Displays the remaining bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
7. Remaining Status Indicates percentage of total capacity and status.  For more information click here!

b) Coin Hopper

The following information is provided for each coin dispenser.

Coin Hopper

1. Hopper Lists '1' to 'n' hoppers in ascending order ('n' is highest number).
2. Currency Identifies the available currency, e.g. USD (US) or CAD (Canada).
3. Denomination Shows the coin denomination stored in that hopper.
4. Dispensed Displays the dispensed coins in units (how many) and in value (how much).
5. Remaining Displays the remaining coins in units (how many) and in value (how much).

c) Bill Validator

The following information is provided for each bill validator.

Bill Validator

1. BV Lists '1' to 'n' bill validators in ascending order ('n' is highest number).
2. Batch Number Batch number for the bills and tickets currently in the bill validator.
3. Bills Count Count of the bills which have been accepted.
4. Tickets Count Count of the tickets and coupons which have been accepted.
5. Total Count Total count of all bills, tickets and coupons accepted.
6. Capacity Indicates percentage of total capacity and status.  For more information click here!

d) Recyler

The following information is provided for each recycler.

1. Cassette Lists '1' to 'n' cassettes in ascending order ('n' is highest number).
2. Currency Identifies the available currency, e.g. USD (US) or CAD (Canada).
3. * Denomination Shows the bill denomination stored in that cassette.
4. Dispensed Displays the dispensed bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
5. Rejected Displays the rejected bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
6. + Accepted Displays the accepted bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).
7. + Remaining Displays the remaining bills in units (how many) and in value (how much).

Note  Notes:   1.  *  If a cassette both accepts and dispenses bills (IN+OUT) then the denomination is shown.
2.  *  If a cassette only accepts bills (IN ONLY) then no denomination is shown, since it can accept multiple denominations.
3.  +  If an IN ONLY cassette accepts two currencies, the domestic currency is displayed on top and the foreign currency below.
4.  +  For a cassette with two currencies, the unit amount is the total of both currencies, the value amount separates the two.

e) Coin Acceptor

The following information is provided for each coin acceptor.

Coin Acceptor

1. BIN The BIN numbers for the BINs within the coin acceptor.
2. Denomination The coin denominations held within that BIN.
3. Counts Count Count and total of the coin denominations.
4. Counts Amount Dollar value and total for coin denominations.
5. Capacity Bar graph to show what percentage of BIN is full.

f) Coin Dispenser

The following information is provided for each coin dispenser.

Coin Acceptor

1. Cassette Lists '1' to 'n' cassettes in ascending order ('n' is highest number).
2. Currency Identifies the available currency, e.g. USD (US) or CAD (Canada).

3. Dispensed Displays the dispensed coins in units (how many) and in value (how much).
4. Remaining Displays the remaining coins in units (how many) and in value (how much).

The remaining status and capacity columns use colour, text and length to provide information.
The length of the bar is used to indicate quantity and how full the device is.
Text is used to indicate a specific problem (e.g. HW Failure, Maintenance etc.)

Here's a list of colour/text status codes:

Green Indicates percentage of total capacity of bills, coins, tickets/coupons or cards.
Green Cash/Coin Dispenser has reached minimum level so you will need to replenish.
Green BV/Card Collector has reached maximum level so you will need to empty the bin.
Green Logically empty (dispensed/remaining amts not reconciled) or full (BV/Card Collector).
Green Physically empty (dispensed amount and remaining amount reconcile).
Green There is a device defect.
Green Physically empty and there is a device defect.
