Overview

A SOP Group is a collection of permissions (authority).  These permissions can be assigned to a SOP User, by assigning the user to this SOP Group.

Here's a screenshot of the SOP Group list.

1. * Curr View The property(s) that the SOP groups are being filtered on.  (see note below)
2. Group Name Name assigned to SOP group.  (Click on group name to update group details)
3. Property Property that SOP group belongs to.
4. Description Short description of the SOP group.
5. Delete Select checkbox for any record you wish to delete.

Clear Button Click clear button to de-select all delete checkboxes currently selected.
Clear Button Click submit button to delete records selected.  (user queried before deletion)

Note  Notes:   1.  The underlined column headers are sortable fields.  (You can toggle between ascending and descending sorts)
2.  * The current view will be either the default property (or) the last property filter setting.  (see BO User Filter)

Filter SOP Groups

You can filter SOP Groups based on property.

Filter Button Click the filter button to navigate to the filter page.  For more info see SOP Group Filter.

Update SOP Group

You can update a SOP Group's permissions (SOP Authority).

User ID Click the Group Name to navigate to the update page.  For more info see SOP Group Update.

Add New SOP Group

You can add a new SOP Group and set the group's permissions.  (SOP Authority)

Add New Button Click the add new button to navigate to the new group page.  For more info see SOP Group Add New.

Note  Note:   *  The SOP Group will be added to the current property shown in the property drop-down list (at top of page). Change the property first if you wish to assign the new SOP Group to a different property.
