The Offer Craft History section provides a detailed breakdown of the Offer Craft feature usage statistics. For example, it provides details about event enrolments, promotion enrolments, points redeemed, offers claimed, or patron ID validation.
Shown below is an example of the Offer Craft History page. This page lists the Offer Craft feature usage statistics for the current property.
Given below are the field names and description of the fields displayed on the Offer Craft History page:
| 1. Time | Displays the date and time when the Offer Craft feature is used. |
| 2. Unit ID | Displays the ID or name that identifies the kiosk unit, where the feature is used. |
| 3. Category | Displays the type or category of Offer Craft feature usage. The Offer Craft feature usages are divided into three categories, namely events, alerts, and notifications. |
| 4. Severity | Displays the severity of the event, alert, or notification. |
| 5. Status | Displays the status of the event, alert, or notification. |
| 6. Event Type | Displays the name of the event, alert, or notification. |

Notes: | 1. | All column headers are sortable field. It allows you to toggle between ascending and descending sorts. |
| 2. | You can navigate through the pages by clicking on the prev and next links at the bottom of the page. |
The filter option allows you to filter records based on the feature usage date, category of feature usage, type of event, and machines.
