Overview

The holidays TAB is only available to BO Users with the "Setup Holidays" authority. The holidays page allows "authorized" users with the ability to add or delete global holidays (at property level). By default, BO Users will NOT receive email notification on "enabled" holidays. However, a BO User (within their profile) has the option to select certain holidays on which to receive notifications.

Holiday List

Here's a screenshot of the holidays assigned to the current property.

1. Date Date of the holiday.
2. Holiday Holiday name.
3. Description Description of holiday.
4. Yearly Is this a yearly occurrence on the date entered?  (same date every year)
5. Enabled Is holiday enabled?   (BO Users will not receive notifications on this date)
6. Delete Select checkbox for any holidays you wish to delete.

Clear Button Click clear button to de-select all delete checkboxes currently selected.
Clear Button Click submit button to delete records selected.  (user queried before deletion)

Update Holiday

You can update a holiday to enable/disable it, change the description, date, or yearly flag.

User ID Click the Holiday Name to navigate to the update page.  For more info see Holiday Update.

Add New Holiday

You can add a new holiday for the current property and set the parameters.

Add New Button Click the add new button to navigate to the new holiday page.  For more info see Holiday Add New.
