The holidays TAB is only available to BO Users with the "Setup Holidays" authority. The holidays page allows "authorized" users with the ability to add or delete global holidays (at property level). By default, BO Users will NOT receive email notification on "enabled" holidays. However, a BO User (within their profile) has the option to select certain holidays on which to receive notifications.
Here's a screenshot of the holidays assigned to the current property.
1. Date | Date of the holiday. |
2. Holiday | Holiday name. |
3. Description | Description of holiday. |
4. Yearly | Is this a yearly occurrence on the date entered? (same date every year) |
5. Enabled | Is holiday enabled? (BO Users will not receive notifications on this date) |
6. Delete | Select checkbox for any holidays you wish to delete. |

Click clear button to de-select all delete checkboxes currently selected. |

Click submit button to delete records selected.  (user queried before deletion) |
You can update a holiday to enable/disable it, change the description, date, or yearly flag.

You can add a new holiday for the current property and set the parameters.
