Overview

This page lists the "other" transaction records for the currently selected property.  You can step through the transaction records by using the prev and next buttons at the bottom of the screen.  If you wish to find specific records you can filter the transactions based on various criteria.

Other Transactions

Here's a screenshot of the parameters that are common to all "other" transaction types { 014 | 017 | 018 | 019 }.

Other Transactions List

1. Transaction ID BackOffice transaction number.
2. Transaction Code Transaction code/type.
3. Transaction Date Date/time of transaction.
4. Sequence ID Machine tracking number.
5. Unit ID Unit ID of machine.
6. Status Status of the transaction.  (click here for a list)
7. Patron ID Patron ID.
8. Host Message ID Message ID received from the CMP host.
9. Host Date Date/timestamp received from the CMP host.

a. Points Redemption

{ 014 Points Redemption (Prize) | 019 Points Redemption (Comp) }

1. Item Description Description of prize or complementary item.  (can of coke, fri-sat seafood etc.)
2. Quantity Quantity of prize or complementary item.  (normally one)
3. Points Redeemed Number or points redeemed to receive prize.  { 014 }
4. Cost Cost of the complementary item.  { 019 }

b. Parking Voucher

{ 017 Parking Voucher }

1. First Name First name of patron.
2. Last Name Last name of patron.
3. Account Number Account number of patron received from CMP host.
4. Played Time (Min) Time in minutes received for playing games throughout the day.
5. Parking Voucher Identifies the patron's printed voucher.
6. Parking Rule Describes the parking discount rule.
7. Item Info Describes the printed value from the kiosk.

c. Coupon Process

1. Coupon Number Description and coupon ID.  (e.g. Casino - Point Credit(ID:14))
2. Coupon Value Coupon value or quantity.

Filter Other Transactions

You can filter other transactions based on transaction date, transaction ID, machines, sequence ID, ticket/voucher number, and transaction type.

  • 01 - Pending
  • 02 - Failed
  • 03 - Partial dispense
  • 04 - Stacking
  • 05 - Void
  • 06 - Invalid ticket
  • 07 - Returned
  • 08 - Max value exceeded
  • 09 - Ticket host failed
  • 10 - Ticket printer failed
  • 11 - Retracted
  • 12 - Card retained
  • 13 - Cancelled
  • 14 - Reversal completed
  • 15 - Reversal failed
