Overview

This page lists the beef transaction records for the currently selected property.  You can step through the transaction records by using the prev and next buttons at the bottom of the screen. If you wish to find specific records you can filter the transactions based on various criteria.

Beef transactions can also be regarded as "dispute" transactions, since they deal with employees resolving disputes that arise from "95 - Slot Dispute" or "96 - Manual Ticket". A manual ticket dispute can be the result of a patron having a ticket which is damaged and cannot be redeemed through a slot machine or kiosk.

Parameters common to ALL beef transactions.

1. Transaction ID BackOffice transaction number.
2. Transaction Code 95 - SLOT DISPUTE or 96 - MANUAL TICKET.
3. Transaction End Date End date/time of transaction.
4. Slot Number Slot machine number.
5. Unit ID Unit ID of machine.
6. Shift Employee shift.
7. Employee Employee ID.
8. Supervisor Supervisor ID and name.
9. Requested Amt Amount requested.
10. Dispensed Amt Amount dispensed.
11. Printed Amt Amount printed on ticket.
12. Redeemed Ticket Partially masked ticket number and amount.
13. SMS Amount Amount per SMS (slot mach system)
14. Sequence ID Machine tracking number.
15. Host Sequence ID Host system tracking number.
16. Status Status of the transaction.  (click here for a list of status codes)

Parameters specific to { 96 - Manual Ticket } transactions.

1. Printed Ticket Partially masked ticket number and amount.

Filter Beef Transactions

You can filter beef transactions based on transaction date, machines, transaction type, and employee ID.

  • 01 - Pending
  • 02 - Failed
  • 03 - Partial dispense
  • 04 - Stacking
  • 05 - Void
  • 06 - Invalid ticket
  • 07 - Returned
  • 08 - Max value exceeded
  • 09 - Ticket host failed
  • 10 - Ticket printer failed
  • 11 - Retracted
  • 12 - Card retained
  • 13 - Cancelled
  • 14 - Reversal completed
  • 15 - Reversal failed
