This page allows you to add a new system event. This includes it's description, any corrective action to take, and whether this event should be included in machine monitoring and subject to an email notification.
This section is for entering an event's error code, description and definition.
1. Error Code | Enter the event's error code. |
2. Short Desc | Enter a short description of the event. |
3. Full Desc | Enter a full description of the event. |
4. Definition | Enter a definition of the error. (WINCOR documentation) |
This section is for entering a suggestive action and for defining the cause and source of the error.
1. Comments | Comments are used to suggest corrective action. |
2. Service | Service corrections suggested. |
3. Cause Short | Short description of the cause of error. |
4. Cause Long | Cause and source of the error. |
This section allows you to set the severity level, assign it to an event group(s), and specify if the event should be monitored and subject to email notification.
1. * Event Severity | Event severity level assigned to this error code. |
2. + Auto Ack | Should event be automatically or manually acknowledged? (see note below) |
3. @ Ignore Event | Should event be ignored? (see note below) |
5. ^ Add Group | Add event to selected event group(s). |
6. ^ Remove Group | Remove event from selected event group(s). |

Notes: | 1. | * The severity levels are "Inform", "Warning", "Critical0" (no funds), "CriticalB" (device broken), and "Unknown". |
2. | + AutoAck=YES means event dropped from machine monitoring when event clear message received from machine. | ||
3. | @ Ignore=YES means the event is not listed under machine monitoring and not subject to email notification. | ||
4. | ^ Can select more than one group in each listbox by using SHIFT+click or CTRL+click. |
